  • How can I see what the framing will look like?

    If your order includes framing, you can request a mock-up image of the framing style and color.

    If you are unsure if a piece will work in your space, email me a well-photographed image of your space with the dimensions, and I will create a custom mock-up.

  • Can I the choose frame?

    To streamline the ordering process, the artist carefully considers the framing to complement the artwork. Offerings are Black, Walnut, Natural, or White. If you have objections to a frame color, email me when you place the order, and I will order according to your preference.

  • What will the matting look like?

    If your order includes a matting, you can request a mock-up image to visualize the look and scale.

  • What color will the mat be?

    To streamline the process, all mats will be white or cream-white. The mat chosen will best complement the work.

  • Do you ship internationally ?

    I can ship internationally upon request. Please contact me with the item you wish to buy and the recipient's address for shipping quotes. An invoice will be created for international orders to cover exchange, shipping, and customs.

  • Returns

    Returns will be accepted within 15 days of art received.

    I require the art to be in my possession and inspected before any monetary refund is issued. The item must be packaged and shipped back exactly as received. The buyer assumes shipping fees.

    Damaged artwork: If artwork is damaged in transit, contact me immediately and take photos of the damage. I will then work with you to see if the issue can be resolved. In some cases, an exchange may be offered or a refund if the issue is unsolvable.
